Epicor® Completes Acquisition of NSB Retail Systems
Acquisition Creates Market Leader in Specialty Retail Vertical
IRVINE, Calif., 9L0-509 February 7, 2008 — Epicor Software Corporation (NASDAQ: EPIC), a
leading provider of enterprise business software solutions for the midmarket and divisions of
Global 1000 companies, today announced that it has completed its acquisition of NSB Retail
Systems PLC.
